On July 15, State Troopers arrested 24-year old Aaron Ballard of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate head lights.
Ballard was stopped on North Street in the City of Auburn for having inadequate head lights. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Ballard was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .09.
Ballard was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the City of Auburn Court on July 20.
