On Friday, July 13, 2018, at 8:15 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Collisteen Reaves, age 50, of Canandaigua, New York following a traffic stop on Fall Street. Police conducted a traffic stop after observing her fail to stop at a stop sign. During the traffic stop, police also determined that Reaves driving privileges in New York had been revoked. Reaves was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. Reaves was released on traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 23, 2018 at 5:30 pm.
