State Senator Jim Seward says there’s enough unfinished business in Albany for the legislature to be recalled this summer. Gov. Cuomo is considering bringing lawmakers back to address an issue that has no impact on most of the state.
Sen. Seward tells Finger Lakes News Radio one issue that does have a local impact is the decoupling of state mandated testing and teacher evaluations.
He adds that tying test results to teacher evaluations is unfair to teachers.
