On June 29, State Troopers arrested 53-year old Cynthia Ross of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and insufficient turn signal.
Ross was stopped on Wall Street in the City of Auburn for having an insufficient turn signal (less than 100 feet). She was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. She was transported to SP Auburn where she provided a breath sample of .16.
Ross was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the City of Auburn Court on July 20
