A 37-year-old Waterloo man has been arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child charges.
David Stone’s arrest stems from an alleged roadside domestic incident that occurred on State Route 96 in the town of Waterloo. Stone is accused of getting into a verbal altercation inside of a car with his fiancee. After he got out of the car, Stone punched the passenger side mirror, causing damage to his fiance’s car. This incident happened in front of their 2-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter. Stone was later taken into custody at his Brewer Road residence.
He was ordered to re-appear in Waterloo Town Court later this month to answer the charges.
