The man who served Cayuga County and the Finger Lakes in a number of capacities over the years will be remembered this morning at Auburn Public Theater. Bob Brower passed away on Sunday.
Bob served 35 years as the Cayuga County Environmental Planner and later the director of planning.
He founded the Institute for the Application of Geospatial Research located at Cayuga Community College, was Past President of the Owasco Watershed Lake Association, helped to create the Finger Lakes Association and the Historic Preservation Committee and had time left to serve as the chair of the Auburn Public Theater Board of Directors.
Last but not least, Bob and his wife Gilda founded Tomatofest.
The memorial service for Bob begins at 11:00am.
