Josephine M. Vedora, 91, of Sackett St., Seneca Falls, N.Y., passed away on Tuesday (June 19, 2018) at her residence.
Family and friends may attend Josephine’s Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday (June 23) at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. There will be no prior calling hours.

Josephine was born in Seneca Falls, N.Y. on June 21, 1926 the daughter of the late Nick and Nancy Calabrese Scale. She was a life resident of Seneca Falls and was retired from St. Patrick’s School where she had taught Kindergarten for many years.
She is survived by four daughters Angela (John) Chiazza of Webster, N.Y., Marybeth (Richard) Wright of Seneca Falls, N.Y., Nancy Churchill of Seneca Falls, N.Y., Debbie (Mike) Burnett of Wolcott, N.Y.; five grandchildren Daniel (Leanne) and Michael (Courtney) Chiazza, Adam (Jennifer) and Jonathon (Cassie) Wright and C.J. (Abigail Witty) Baker; eight great-grandchildren Harper, Ryann, Lucy, Jack, Adam, Hunter, Jackson, and Jolene; sister, Teresa CerJanic of Waterloo, N.Y.; brother, Frank (Margaret) Scale of Waterloo, N.Y.; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Josephine was predeceased by her husband, Dick Vedora who died September 18, 1996.
