An inmate at the Wayne County Jail has been arrested by Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies on a warrant issued out of Manchester Town Court.
Thomas Coupe was arrested on charges of aggravated family offense, a felony, and criminal contempt. His arrest is the result of an investigation that revealed Coupe allegedly had communication with a woman that has an order of protection preventing him from any communication with her. Since Coupe has previously been convicted of a crime in the last 5 years, he was also charged with the felony.
Following his arraignment, Coupe was sent to Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
