A joint investigation by State Police and Steuben County Child Protective Services has resulted in the arrest of two Bath residents for the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
29-year-old Anthony Cagle and 24-year-old Danielle Smith are accused of manufacturing, possessing and using meth while inside their Campbell Creek Road residence over a three day period starting June 4th.
The investigation started after CPS received a report of alleged meth use inside of the home.
Smith and Cagle were sent to Steuben County Jail following their arraignment.
Both face additional charges pending the results of lab tests on evidence found at the scene.
