An Auburn man was arrested late Thursday night after he allegedly choked and threatened a woman outside of her Madison Avenue home.
Brian Love, Senior is accused of going to the home of his ex-girlfriend, who has a full stay-away order of protection against him, and getting into an argument with her. Love allegedly choked the woman, breaking her necklace and prevented her from escaping into her home. Police say Love also threatened to kill the woman. The 47-year-old is charged with two felony counts of criminal contempt, as well as unlawful imprisonment, menacing and criminal mischief.
He was being held in lockup pending his arraignment.
