Seneca Meadows, Incorporated is offering free residential waste disposal through June 10th to all Seneca County residents affected by the closing of Feher Rubbish earlier this month.
The company is also extending its weekend hours for the next three weeks, starting Sunday. Residents wishing to participate are welcome to bring their household waste to Seneca Meadows on State Route 414 Saturday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. Those residents must bring with them a Feher invoice and proof of residency.
Seneca Meadows District Manager, Kyle Black, said, “Many community members and neighbors have approached me with their concerns for the safe timely disposal of their waste left sitting from the abrupt Feher Rubbish closing. Seneca Meadows has long been an integral part of Seneca County’s waste management plans, both present and future, and we feel that this is the best way for us to help our neighbors through this difficult situation.”
