On May 21, State Troopers arrested 26-year old Steven Williams of Locke for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and unsafe backing.
Troopers were dispatched to a vehicle in a ditch on State Route 90 in the Town of Locke. Williams was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Moravia barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .23, nearly three times the legal limit.
Williams was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Locke Town Court on June 6.
