On May 8, State Troopers arrested 24-year old Cody Reeves of Lansing, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, reckless driving, speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Reeves was stopped on Main Street in the Village of Aurora for speeding. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. He was also found in possession of a glass smoking pipe containing marijuana residue and two baggies containing marijuana.
Reeves was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .09.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ledyard Court on May 15.
