Warren Levi “Lil Man” Karge, 3 years of age was called home to the Angels on Thursday (May 3, 2018) at Geneva General Hospital.
Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday (May 7) at the Cheney Funeral Home 70 Main Street Phelps. The Ronald McDonald House made it possible for Jacob and Brittany to stay close to their son for 11 months.

Lil Man was born on March 16, 2015 at Strong Memorial Hospital the son of Jacob and Brittany Reed Karge. He was born with Chronic Heart and Chronic Lung Disease. Lil Man spent the first 11 months of his life at Golisano’s Children’s Hospital at Strong Memorial. He had open heart surgery at 2 weeks of age and again at 6 months of age. Lil man was a fighter and a true warrior but he was the happiest little boy. Lil Man melted everyone’s heart and anyone that met him fell in love with him.
Lil Man is survived by his parents Jacob and Brittany two sisters Hailey and Grace; maternal grandparents Janet and Warren Reed of Junius; paternal grandfather, Jason (Nicole) Karge of Clifton Springs; paternal grandmother, Tracy (Pat) Elliott of Newark; maternal great-grandparents Warren and Madeline Reed Sr. of Herman, N.Y.; paternal great-grandmother, Anne Karge of Clifton Springs; paternal great-grandmother, Bonnie Hamelynck of Newark; paternal great-grandfather, James Foss of Newark; maternal aunt, Angel Reed of Red Creek; paternal aunt, Amber Karge of Albany; and paternal uncle, Brandon Karge of Waterloo; many cousins and extended family.
He was predeceased by his paternal great-grandfather, Alvin Karge.
