(Waterloo, NY) – The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce and Hampton Inn Seneca Falls are
pleased to announce that Hometown Meats & Deli of Clyde, NY has been selected as the
Chamber’s Business of the Month for April 2018.
Opened in 2011 by lifelong residents (and former grocers) Walt and Joanne Votra, the business
is a full-service deli and meat market that caters to a lunchtime crowd. In addition to their
fresh-cut meats and Italian imports, their specialty item is homemade Italian sausage – an all
natural product that is made fresh and without preservatives at the popular village store.
“My wife and I are deeply honored to receive this award from the Seneca County Chamber of
Commerce,” said owner Walt Votra. “We feel fortunate to own a successful small business in
the community that we live and appreciate the Chamber’s help in growing our connection to
the rest of the region.”
“We applaud Hometown Meats & Deli for their commitment to running a small business as well
as their investment in the local community,” stated Membership Development Manager
Mackenzie Green. “Their efforts not only fill a culinary niche in the area, but serve as an
important reminder that great success can be found when following your passion.”
