On April 20 State Troopers arrested 25-year old Christopher Aguilar of Genoa for criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a weapon and inadequate tail lights.
Aguilar was stopped on State Route 34 in the Town of Genoa for having inadequate tail lights. He was found in possession of two baggies containing marijuana, a glass smoking pipe containing marijuana residue, a baggie containing heroin and a set of brass knuckles.
Aguilar was arraigned in Genoa Town Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $500 cash/$1,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear on May 1.
