The New York State Thruway Authority is looking for input on improving over two dozen service areas, including in Port Byron. The Auburn Citizen reports officials are looking to get feedback from different industries, including tourism and hospitality. The feedback is due by May 26th. In addition, the Thruway Authority also wants to hear from drivers. That survey is available here.
Earlier this year, Governor Andrew Cuomo listed the redevelopment of 27 service areas along the Thruway as part of his 2018 State of the State Address.
