The New York State Conservative Party endorsed Tom Reed for reelection to the U.S. House of Representatives Thursday.
“Over the course of his career in Congress, Tom Reed has been an advocate for conservative principles,” said Michael Long, Chairman of the New York State Conservative Party. “As a champion of federal tax reform, Tom has been at the forefront of working to cut the high taxes that are a heavy burden to every tax payer in our state. He is committed to reducing our national debt and balancing the budget, as well as supporting a strong national defense. We supported Tom in his four previous races for Congress and are proud to endorse him again.”
“I am honored to receive the endorsement of the New York State Conservative Party,” said Tom Reed. “I ran for Congress to help fix the national debt crisis. I stand firm in my commitment to working to grow the economy, balance the budget, and help to cut wasteful spending. We will continue to stand together for a fairer and brighter future for the families we care about.”
In addition to the Conservative Party, Congressman Reed has earned the endorsement of New York’s Independence Party as well as the unanimous endorsement of all 11 County Republican Committee Chairs in the District.
