George A. Hubbard age 74 passed away on Saturday (April 7, 2018) at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Friends may call Sunday (April 22) from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Spa Apartments Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m.
In lieu of flowers friends may contribute to their favorite charity in George’s memory.
George was born in Rochester, June 13, 1943 and moved to Clifton Springs with his family in the early 1950’s. He was a graduate of Clifton Springs High School in 1961, received his B.A. at Hope College in 1965 and his M.A. at Purdue in 1967. George later pursued a business of helping elderly people by becoming the business owner of Eldergard Services. He pursued his career passion right up until his passing. George was a classically trained singer and sang on many Sundays at the Clifton Springs Hospital chapel during their worship services. He often said that his life was ‘full of great joy’.
George is survived by his nieces Susan VanHorn (Paul) Condoluci , Amy Condoluci and Jenna Condoluci all of Rochester; cousins Tammy Lucas (Roy) Roorda and Brian Lucas; and other family and dear freinds.
