On March 30th, at approximately 12:47 am, Town of Seneca Falls arrested Alejandro S. Aguilera, age 24, of Waterloo, NY following a domestic incident that occurred in the Town.
During the incident, Aguilera reportedly slapped a female resident and then fled the scene after learning Police were being contacted. Shortly thereafter, Police observed Aguilera driving his motor vehicle on Cayuga Street. Police conducted a traffic stop on the motor vehicle and determined that Aguilera was operating his motor vehicle in an intoxicated state, while his driving privileges and motor vehicle registration were both suspended.
Aguilera was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC greater than .08%, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Harassment 2nd.
Aguilera was arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. Aguilera is scheduled to reappear in Town Court on April 11th, 2018 at 10am.
The court issued an Order of Protection to the victim.
