On March 24, State Troopers arrested 40-year old James Piscitelli of Moravia for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, failure to keep right on a four lane road, moving from lane unsafely, failure to signal and speeding.
Piscitelli was stopped on State Route 34 in the Town of Sennett for failing to keep right, failing to signal, speeding and moving from lane unafely. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Piscitelli was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .15.
Piscitelli was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the City of Auburn Court on April 6.
