An Ovid man was sentenced to 15 years in prison Thursday on federal charges of distribution, receipt, and possession of child pornography.
According to the U.S. Attorneys Office, Christopher Eberhardt was part of a network of more than 70 people engaging in the trading of child pornography. Eberhardt was found to be in possession of more than 2-THOUSAND images, and 132 videos of child pornography. He was also found to have distributed child porn to other individuals.
In addition to a prison sentence, Eberhardt was sentenced to 15 years supervised release.
