A 54 year old Waterloo man, who has over 20 prior convictions, has been found guilty of felony criminal mischief following a three-day jury trial in Seneca County Court.
David Brownell was also found guilty of two misdemeanor charges of petit larceny. Brownell was charged in December 2016 by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into the theft of lawn equipment and building materials from two residences on State Route 89 in the Towns of Fayette and Varick. At the time of the crimes, Brownell was on parole.
He will be sentenced April 23rd.
