On March 17 State Troopers arrested 38-year old Buffy Aldrich of Cayuga for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and failure to keep right on a two lane road.
Aldrich was stopped on Halsey Road in the Town of Mentz for failure to keep right. She was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Aldrich was transported to the Auburn barracks, where she provided a breath sample of .11.
Aldrich was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Mentz Town Court on April 23.
