On March 13th, 2018 at about 2:30pm, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Amy M. Weeman, age 46, of 2 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, New York, following an investigation into the possessing and trafficking of Hydrocodone (commonly known as Vicodin) in the Town of Seneca Falls. As a result of the investigation, Weeman was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, both Class B Felonies. It is alleged that Weeman sold Hydrocodone on at least one occasion while in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Weeman was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court where she was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $5,000 cash, $10,000 secured bond. Weeman is scheduled to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on March 14, 2018 at 1:00pm. At the time of the crime, Weeman was under the supervision of New York State Parole. Subsequently, Weeman was also charged with violating the terms and conditions of her parole. Sheriff’s Investigators were assisted by members of the Sheriff’s Office Uniformed Road Patrol, New York State Parole, and the Seneca Falls Police Department.
