A 23 year old Utica man has been arrested for making the threats that forced Utica College to go on lockdown for most of the day Monday.
Fahrudin Omerovic has been charged with four counts of making a terroristic threat. Police say Omerovic used a phone app to alter his voice when allegedly calling in the threats Monday to the college and Tuesday to Utica Police.
