A Montour Falls man has been sentenced to five-and-a-half-years in state prison after pleading guilty to a charge of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.
53-year-old Daniel Decker was sentenced as a second felony offender. Decker was found to have a methamphetamine lab at his apartment at Romeo Village in the village of Montour Falls. That lab was discovered after one of his co-defendant’s left Decker’s apartment with a different methamphetamine lab, which exploded as those contents were being taken out of the building.
Decker was also sentenced to five years post-release supervision.
