Charles Breese, 85, passed away early Sunday morning (February 25, 2018) at Huntington Living Center.
Friends and family are invited to call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday (March 4) at Mull Funeral Home, 113 Virginia Street, Waterloo. Burial with full Military Honors will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo, in the spring.
Charles was born October 26, 1932 in Waterloo the son of the late Oscar and Stella (Petrie) Breese. He proudly served our country in the US Army from 1950 to 1953. He was employed as a security guard at the former Seneca Army Depot, Romulus, having retired in 1992. He was a member of the Waterloo VFW Post #6433 and the Waterloo American Legion Warner-VanRiper Post #435. Charles enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Robin L. (Hultz) Breese; one daughter, Gail (Chuck) Danko of Maryland; three sons Joseph (Charity) Breese of Geneva, John (Cassandra) Breese of Waterloo and Charles R., Jr. of Waterloo; seven grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Charles is preceded in death by his grandson, Eian Michael Breese; brothers Louis, Kenneth, Seth (a/k/a Billy) and Jack, and a sister, Dorothy Breese.
