|The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of a village of Sodus man for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument Tuesday afternoon following.
Jeremiah J. Johnson, age 37, of 53 Maple Ave Village of Sodus was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the first degree, a class C felony. The arrest stems from an investigation into a counterfeit One Hundred Dollar Bill being passed at the Market Place store in Sodus on January 30th 2018.
Johnson was arraigned in the Village of Sodus Court and released on his own recognizance. Johnson is to appear at the Village of Sodus court at a later date and time to answer the charges.
