State Senator James Seward will talk about the state budget and his legislative agenda when he speaks to the Moravia Rotary Club this evening.
The GOP Senator is touring his 9-county district to kick off the legislative session. He tells Finger Lakes News Radio the best way to attack the fiscal problems facing the state is through economic growth.
Seward believes the state should take a page out of the Trump administration’s playbook.
