Congressman John Katko and Connecticut Democratic Representative Elizabeth Esty on Wednesday released a bipartisan infrastructure report by the Problem Solvers Caucus Infrastructure Working Group. The report offers solutions for a number of infrastructure issues that are important to Central New York.
Katko said on Friday’s Finger Lakes Morning News highway improvements need to be properly funded.
He added infrastructure and other important issues and successes are taking a back seat to the S-hole utterance by President Trump.
The White House is expected to release its infrastructure report later this month, after which the working group will go to Congressional leaders to find a consensus on where to go from here.
