The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Cayuga County is holding a cooking competition next month for up and coming Top Chefs.
Judy Wright said on Thursday’s Finger Lakes Morning News the young cooks will compete to whip up the best entry using locally sourced ingredients.
The silent cooking demonstration encourages youth of all ages not only to cook, but to also review nutritional information and learn new cooking skills.
The cook-off takes place on January 13th from 10:00am until 1:00pm at the Finger Lakes Mall. You can register by calling Emma Foster at the extension office, 315-255-1183 extension 224.
