Patrick L. “Lynx” Sandroni, 54, of Fall Street, Seneca Falls passed away on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017 at his residence with his family by his side.
Pat was born in Seneca Falls on April 30, 1963, the son of the late Angelo and Laura Landi Sandroni. He was a life resident of Seneca Falls. He was a partner with his wife, Ann, in the Downtown Deli of Seneca Falls. He also operated and owned with Ann the former Nonni’s Italian Imports of Seneca Falls. Pat, had worked for Stever’s Garage for many years as an auto mechanic. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Seneca Falls and a member of the Seneca Falls Business Association. He also was a former member of the S.M.S. of Seneca Falls. Pat and Ann, for many years, provided a turkey dinner with all the trimmings on Thanksgiving for all who were in need. Pat really enjoyed his time bass fishing and loved the catch and release process. He was an organizer of the Seneca Falls Canal Fest as the “Master Duck Wrangler.” Above all, Pat loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Marie Babiarz Sandroni, of Seneca Falls, whom he married on June 16, 1990; three daughters, Kayla Sandroni and her fiancé, Daniel Aguiar (Tarrytown), Natasha (Darryl) Smith (Waterloo) and Vidalia Morris (Seneca Falls); son, Nicholas Sandroni (Seneca Falls); four grandchildren, Monte, Olivia and Piper Smith and Deontay Watkins; six brothers who all live in Seneca Falls, John “Cougar” Sandroni, Michael Sandroni, James “Bucky” (Mary) Sandroni, Robert (Cathy) Sandroni, Thomas (Jill Meyers) Sandroni and his twin Anthony “Barney” Sandroni; his uncle and aunt Ron and Dina Sandroni and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Pat was predeceased by his uncles, John and Joseph “Bay” Sandroni and Peter Lucchesi; his aunts, Amelia Sandroni and Maura Lucchesi; his mother-in-law, Mary Ann Squires, and his pet dogs, Kinger and Tootsie.
Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27. Pat’s Mass of Christian Burial will be con-celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 28 at St. Patrick’s Church, Seneca Falls, by the Rev. Roy Kiggins and Rev. James Fennessy. Burial will be in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls.
