Kids in Geneva’s first Halloween parade in 1946 dressed up like clowns, Roy Rogers or Tarzans. Today it’s SpongeBob and Disney Princesses. This year’s parade is Saturday at 2, starting in front of the Main Street Armory and traveling its regular route downtown. Afterwards, youngsters are invited to the DeSales Gym for treats and games and a costume contest. There are numerous categories, including one for babies, one for pre-school kids and more for costumes based on animals, movie characters, fairy tales and TV shows.
