Two Steuben County men that allegedly fired a half dozen gun shots into a home in Addison this summer have have been indicted on attempted murder charges.
29 year old Benjamin Alderman, of Corning and 22 year old Daniel Scott, of Pine Valley, are accused of firing the shots into a home on Steuben Street in an attempt to kill one of its occupants, Christopher Smith. No one inside was injured.
In addition to attempted murder, Alderman and Scott have been indicted on felony charges of criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment and assault. Its believed the shooting was the result of a domestic incident.
