On September 27, 2017, State Troopers arrested 52-year old R. P. Wallace of Liverpool for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right on a two lane road.
Wallace was stopped on State Route 34 in the Town of Sennett for crossing over the center line multiple times. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Wallace was transported to SP Auburn where he provided a breath sample of .12% BAC. Wallace was released on uniform traffic tickets returnable at a later date.
