A 46 year old Penn Yan man was arrested by village police following a traffic stop in the village.
Brian Lurcock was found to be driving a vehicle on a suspended license and also operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Lurcock allegedly drove the vehicle to the Yates County Office Building for a mandatory DWI Victim Impact Panel.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without an ignition interlock. He was ticketed and ordered to appear in village court at a later date.
