On August 28, 2017, at 11AM Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jazmine R. Arnold, age 27, formerly of 5625 Route 96, Romulus, New York, on arrest warrants for Custodial Interference in the First Degree and Violation of a Family Court Order. It is alleged that Arnold unlawfully transported her child out of state in violation of a court order issued out of Seneca County Family Court. Sheriff’s Deputies worked in conjunction with the Cobb County, Georgia Police Department where she was located and taken into custody without incident on Aug 18th. The 18 month old male child was also found safe and later transported back to the State of New York.
Arnold was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 secured bond. If Arnold is released, she will also be subject to the terms and conditions of the Pre-Trial Release Program. Arnold is to reappear in the Romulus Town Court on September 22, 2017 at 10am. A court date for Arnold’s Family Court appearance has not been scheduled at this time.
