Seneca Falls - E. Lorraine Buck, 94, of Troy St. loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away unexpectedly Monday (March 18, 2013) at Geneva General Hospital. Funeral services will be Friday (March 22) 11 a.m. at the Sanderson-Moore Funeral Home, Inc. 32 State St. Seneca Falls with Rev. Polly McWilliams Kasey of Trinity Episcopal Church, Seneca Falls officiating. Interment will be in Spring Brook Cemetery.

Born in Geneva, N.Y. the daughter of Ernest and Ruth Howell Steadman on August 8, 1918. She was married for over 60 years to Stanley A. Buck who passed away in 2000. Lorraine was a very devoted home maker. She was a former communicate of Trinity Episcopal Church and was past president of the Kirk Casey Post #366 American Legion Auxiliary where she was a member for 65 years.
Survived by a son, Eugene (Dawn) Buck, Virginia; daughters, Sandra (Richard) DeVine, Judith (Paul) Daino and Karen Darling all of Seneca Falls.; brothers, Roger Steadman of Nevada and Kenneth Steadman of Texas; sister, Vivian Stervian, Geneva and Anne Burnett of N.C.; eight grandchildren, Kevin, Brian, Scott, Lisa, Christopher, Tracy, Sheri and Stacey; eighteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased besides her husband, are sisters, Lois Flick and Jean Shaw.
