William T. "Bill" Walsh CANANDAIGUA - William T. "Bill" Walsh died suddenly on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at age 87. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Anna Walsh; sister, Martina Gros; and brothers, Joseph and Frank Walsh. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Patricia; daughters, Ann (Steve) Brinn of Virginia Beach, Va., Kathleen (Richard) McEntire of Hilton, Mary Walsh of Canandaigua, Marsha Walsh of Wyndmore, Pa., Judy (Martin) Walsh-Meilett of Mt. Rainier, Md. and Sharon (Douglas) Walsh-Gray of Geneva; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas (Agnes) Walsh of Topeka, Kan.; and sister, Rose Anne Gardner of Sun City, Calif. Bill was born in Wheaton, Kan. and resided in numerous states and countries in Europe. He served with the U.S. Air Force, achieving the rank of major. He worked for U.S. Airways, retiring after 45 years in aviation. Bill was very active within his church parishes and belonged to Cursillo. He was also a fourth degree Knight of Columbus. A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Embrace Your Sisters, P.O.
