HOWLAND , Gladys Smith, 83, of Van Anden Street, Auburn , died unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 19 in Auburn Community Hospital. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24 at Farrell's Funeral Service, Inc., 84 South St., Auburn. Funeral services will be on Friday, Jan. 25 in SS. Peter and John Episcopal Church, at a time to be announced.
