NEWARK/LYONS - Fonda J. McLeod, 77, died Sunday (January 13, 2013) at Newark Manor.
Friends may call Thursday 5 to 7 p.m. at Boeheim-Pusateri Funeral Home, 77 William St., Lyons. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery.

Fonda was born in Arkansas, Feb. 4, 1935 daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Mathis. She attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Lyons Branch. She had lived in Lyons most of her life until moving to Newark.
Survived by her husband of 42 years, Hugh; daughter, Adrian (Ben) Peterson of Oregon; two sons, David (Kay) Bloomstrom or Oregon and Michael (Nella) Bloomstrom of Newark; stepchildren, Laurie (Roger) Olschewske, James, Raymond and Donald McLeod and Hugh Stokholm Jr.; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, many friends.
Predeceased by daughter, Mona Carol in 1993.
