Waterloo - Armand Clement, 85, passed away Sunday (November 11, 2012) at his home.
A funeral mass will be Thursday (November 15) at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Mary's Church, Waterloo. Rev. Joseph Catanise will officiate. Burial, with full military horrors, conducted by the American Legion Post 435 and VFW post 6433, will follow in Saint Mary's Cemetery.

Armand was born on May 12, 1927 in Waterloo the son of the late Joseph and Anna Sabatine-DeClemente. He served in the US Army from August 1, 1945 to January 5, 1947. He worked in construction for the Local Union out of Rochester. He was a machinist at Goulds Pumps for many years before his retirement in 1990.
In his spare time, Armand enjoyed being in a golf and euchre league. He also, enjoyed watching and supporting the NY Giants and NY Yankees. He was a devoted, husband, father and grandfather and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Eleanor MiKulski-Clement, whom he married, married on October 31, 1953; his daughters, Tina Marie (Andrew) Sullivan, Waterloo and Gail Ann (Justin) Nenneau of Seneca Falls; his sons, Curtis J. (Eileen) of Corning and Michael DeClemente of Waterloo; grandchildren, Sara (Daniel) Hammoud,
Melissa (Kevin) Proudfoot, Abigail Sullivan, Zachary Sullivan, Elizabeth Sullivan and David Saracino; great grandchildren, Aiden, Carter, Landyn and Nolyn Proudfoot and Isabella and Giavanna Hammoud; sister, Rose (Frank) Saracino of Seneca Falls; a brother, Joseph (Janet) Clement of Virginia; several nieces, nephews and cousins; many special friends at OTB.
Armand is preceded in death by his sisters, Regina Catanise and Victoria Vacca.
