LIVERPOOL | Jason W. Lambton, 56, of Liverpool, lost his brave battle with brain cancer on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012. He was born in Schenectady on May 4, 1956, son of Eva Ronca Lambton, of Camillus and Auburn, and the late John Lambton. Jason was a source of inspiration to all who knew him for his positive outlook on life and the kindness he always showed to others. He was a graduate of Auburn High School and LeMoyne College. Jason was the owner of Empire Glove and Safety Products from 1989 until 2007, when he sold it to Stauffer Glove and Safety, where he worked until his illness forced him to quit in 2010. Jason enjoyed golfing and bowling in many leagues throughout the years, and competed in the PBA East Regional circuit from 1995 to1996. He was a huge fan of The Grateful Dead and the Green Bay Packers. In addition to his mother, survivors include the love of his life for the past 14 years, Joan Heckathorne Snihur; her children, whom he cherished deeply, Meghan Snihur, of Denver, Colo. and Michael Snihur, of Saugerties, N.Y.; his brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Bonnie Lambton, of Port Ludlow, Wash.; an aunt, an uncle, and several cousins. Special thanks to his good friend, Bob Solazzo for being so supportive throughout Jason's illness. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at Baldwinsville First United Methodist Church, 17 W.
