Janine A. Hicks NAPLES/PENN YAN - Janine Hicks, 46, died Oct. 30, 2012. Janine was a U.S. Army veteran. She is survived by her sons, Ryan Reed and Michael Burton Hicks; granddaughter, MaKenna Skye Reed; and many other relatives.
