AUBURN | Elizabeth A. Neese, 93, living at the home of her granddaughter, Kim Kromer Murphy, and formerly of 24 Charles St., Auburn, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012. Betty was born in Ledyard on May 1, 1919. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Emily Rose Myers. Betty was a dental assistant for Dental Health Clinic of Cayuga County. She was a woman of faith; a very devoted member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Auburn and was active in many church activities at the local, district and conference levels. Betty is survived by her daughter, Judie (Jack) Agne; son, David Neese; grandchildren, Kim Kromer (Tim) Murphy, Kenneth Neese; sister, Vivian Howland. Betty was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Neese in 1988 and her brother, Ralph Myers. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29 at the White Chapel Funeral Home Inc, 197 South St., Auburn, with the Rev. Vernon Lee officiating. A memorial service will be held at Bellevue Heights UMC, at a date to be announced. Burial will be at Soule Cemetery, Sennett. Friends may visit with Betty's family from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28 at the funeral home.
