Mary F. Hansen PENN YAN - Mary F. Hansen, 95, of Penn Yan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, at F.F. Thompson Hospital. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, October 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. and Thursday, October 4, from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Michael's Church in Penn Yan. Her funeral service will take place at the church at 11 a.m. Burial will take place in Bellona Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Mary's name to Keuka Comfort Care Home Inc., P.O. Box 107, Penn Yan, NY 14527; or St. Michael's School, 214 Keuka St., Penn Yan, NY 14527. Mary was born on Jan. 16, 1917, in Penn Yan to the late Frank and Catherine Surace Condella. She was very active with her family and friends and had to have her daily visit to McDonalds. She is survived by her children, Richard A. (Penelope) Hansen, Tom (Sandy) Hansen, Kenneth L. (Marlene M.) Hansen, Kathryn M. (Bill Kays) Murphy; son-in-law, Paul Roe; grandchildren, Kristen, Rich, Mark, Jenny, Steven, Laurie, Michele, Dana, Elena, Mike and Kelli; great-grandchildren, Preston, Cody, Remy, Madison, Mikaela, Dylan, Alyson, Samuel, Aaron, Ashley, Nikki, Breana, Kyle, Josh and Ryan; sister, Tess Banfield; and special friend, John Sininger and family. Mary was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Norman A. Hansen on March 27, 2006; daughter, Patricia A. Hansen Roe; daughter-in-law, Marjorie Hansen; sisters, Rose Orsino and Angelina Osborne; brothers, Stephen, Joseph, Patsy and Frank Condella; and son-in-law, David Murphy.
