John M. LeGrett CANANDAIGUA - John LeGrett passed away on June 24, 2014, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born in Canandaigua to the late Michael and Madeline LeGrett. John enjoyed many things in life, but above all, he cherished his family. He was a member of the Shortsville American Legion, Canandaigua Moose Lodge and Elks Lodge 1844. John was a football referee with the Finger Lakes and Rochester associations. He retired from Eastman Kodak after 35 years and spent his winters in Florida. When home, he enjoyed greeting and serving coffee to his Gateway Grille friends. John is survived by his wife, Suzanne; daughter, Kelly (Lance) Norton; sons, Kevin (Patty) LeGrett, Patrick (Bonnie) Welch, Jonathan (Susan) Welch; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, James (Barb) and Michael (Judith); uncle and aunt, Carl and Helen Jones; and numerous cousins and friends. He was predeceased by a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Barb LeGrett. Friends may call on Sunday, June 29, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fuller Funeral Home Inc., 190 Buffalo St., Canandaigua. A 10 a.m. funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 30, at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Contributions in John's memory may be made to
