GENEVA - Elizabeth A. Zettlemoyer, 77, of Geneva, passed away on Friday, (October 25, 2013) in the Living Center South. Friends may call at the DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home, 181 N. Main St., Geneva on Monday, (October 28, 2013) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, (October 29, 2013) in the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions, in her memory, may be made to the Living Centers at Geneva or to the American Cancer Society .
Elizabeth was born in Canandaigua and has been a resident of Geneva for many years. She was the daughter of the late Sidney and Martha Gable Skinner. She was retired from Madia's Big M where she was a meat wrapper for many years. Elizabeth enjoyed playing cards, games especially Scrabble and reading.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Donald Zettlemoyer; her son James Zettlemoyer of Geneva; her daughters, Debra (Jeffrey) Dailey of Seneca Falls, and Karen (Michael) Galiotti of Phelps; her sister, Norma (Philip) Boncaro of Geneva; her brothers, Donald Skinner of Auburn, David Skinner of Geneva and Alan Marks of Montour Falls,; her sister-in-law, Ann Skinner of Canandaigua; grandchildren, Samantha and Michael Galiotti and Aaron and Jacob Zettlemoyer; her special friend Mary Griffa; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers Roger and Alvin Skinner.
