Margaret (Miller) Kay CANANDAIGUA - Margaret (Miller) Kay, age 92, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, at F.F. Thompson Hospital. She is survived by her son, George (Peg) Kay; six grandchildren, Dean (Tammy), Tom (Lisa), Harvey (Nancy), Brady (Brenda), Korinna (Chuck) and Shannon (Dave); 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles (Margaret) Miller; sister-in-law, Ginny Miller; brother-in-law, Abe Yarger; daughter-in-law, Jen Kay; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, George T. Kay; son, Robert T. Kay; two brothers, Joseph and Albert Miller; and sister, Clara Morrice. Mrs. Kay was formerly of Lancaster, N.Y. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and always had a full cookie jar. Mrs. Kay was a charter member of the Centerfield Homemakers. She attended St. Mary's Church. Mrs. Kay was an avid bird watcher. Friends may call tomorrow (Monday) from 5 to 8 p.m. at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Entombment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga, N.Y.
